We have enhanced and expanded our Reservations Division to provide professional reservation services and local area information as a primary or overflow/after-hours alternative for a select group of hospitality clients. Our agents live or have lived in the Northern New Mexico region area, providing an unmatched experience for those who would like to learn more about or to visit Taos, Santa Fe, Albuquerque and other locals in the Northern New Mexico region.

In addition, we are the main answering point for reservations calls from the important Santa Fe web sites on the right.

We’ve earned this distinction by consistently providing motivated, accurate and enthusiastic Signature®-trained services.

Our Reservations Manager is an accredited Signature Sales® coach, and all reservation agents undergo an initial forty-hour Signature training program and an eight-hour monthly follow-up training program for employment. Agents receive 2-4 blind test calls per month by Signature Sales® staff, and are required to perform a minimum of eight monthly “scenario calls” to the Signature Sales Testing Department.

Average score for all agents for 2007 was 94% on the Signature® testing scale. All agents reside in the Taos-Santa Fe-Albuquerque area and are trained specifically in providing a unique Northern New Mexico perspective on all calls – something that cannot be duplicated by non-local providers. We current handle more than 50,000 calls annually, and we are constantly adding new trained agent associates.
